It prevents X10 signals on the powerline to leave your house to disrupt another installation, eliminates interference from outside as parasites, X10 commands from a nearby facility.
However it is fully compatible with EDF powerline signals such as day / night tariff, Tempo, the EJP.
This module is installed in your electrical meter and is standardized.
